    Timur P. Sarac, MD currently is Chief of Vascular Surgery Bay Pines VA and Professor of Surgery at University of South Florida and Emeritus Professor at Ohio State University, Columbus Ohio. He was Chief of Vascular Surgery the Founding Director of the Aortic Center at The Ohio State University, and Director of the Vascular Education Program at Ohio State from 2018 to 2023. Prior to that he was the Professor and Chief of Vascular Surgery and Program Director at Yale University School of Medicine, and Co-Director of the Heart and Vascular Center at Hale New Haven Hospital. He spent his first 15 years in practice at The Cleveland Clinic whererose to Professor and Vice Chair of Vascular Surgery. He also spent 16 years in the Army reserves with many of those years at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. Sarac has 25 natiional and international patents.
